    Yup.

Pac fans hyping up Bob Arum as some 'master manipulator' and all he got (if you believe this latest statement) for his client was a worse version of the deal they turned down 18 months ago (14 days vs. 0 cutoff).

But according to paulfv and KnuckleUp, this represents 'brilliance' in the meaningless 'PR' battle.

    Sad indeed.

People keep saying its Floyd who puts up road blocks but its been Arum from day one! And this is proof right here.

Look people said Floyd put a road block up with asking for the testing, which is stupid because i still feel it should have never been an issue, but it is what it is.

For Arum now to say yes BUT we are using this company, i pray Floyd says so what, BUT if he does have an issue.....then ARUM has directly put up a road block!

This whole concept, this whole thread needs to be put down.

No wonder boxing is dying if:

Firstly, this is even talked about before a fight
Secondly, a topic like this can go for over 70 pages about what agency should run drug tests. I truly ****ing despair.

There is no WADA testing! The WADA farms out testing to NDO's. The WADA governs the USADA because without the WADA the USADA couldn't be the country's NDO!

So Arum's "want" is another BS smoke screen. Just like, "They never offered 14 days. Yeah they offered it, but he will just ask for something else." Just like, "We included all of the testing in the package" and finding out they offered 7 days. You see a pattern here?

Now he doesn't want the USADA (the designated NDO of WADA) to do the testing but wants the WADA to oversee it? What kind of feedback loop is that?

Floyd would pretend this statement from Arum does not exist, and he would continue wearing his take the test shirts.

Yes - Pac first wanted 30 days, Floyd wanted 0. Floyd said okay, let's meet in the middle - 14 days. Then Pac said **** that, I want 24 days.

After Pac turned down 14, Floyd said **** you then - no cutoff.

Why would Arum hope that his demand be rejected? :huh
Was it like Floyd demanding a test and hopes Pac rejects it so he can duck him?

You know whats crazy everybody??? Is that Arum knows the fight will be done 100% If pacquiao just agrees to the random drug testing and Mayweather has been using the USADA. Now for some reason he thinks there not neutral and once to use somebody else but that somebody else could possibly not make the fight!!! I think I would go with the 100% but Arum can give a **** about the fans or the sport.
