Testing is not running the labs. The USADA does testing. The USADA does not run labs.

I didn't say I knew anything better than Conte. I know what I read and verify from multiple sources. I know that to say that the USADA does not do testing is either wrong or a partial truth.

No they don't. USADA person does not draw the blood, all it does is mark the sample and send it to a WADA accredited lab (which USADA don't have) to be analyzed.

This WADA request by Arum is no big deal. What USADA has that WADA doesn't have are pee catchers and urine/blood sample markers.
