that doesn't mean that WADA person can't come in and do what a doping control officer do.

 

well I'm just going based off of what Annie Skinner from USADA says.

WADA does not actually implement their own testing policies, but instead they utilize the many different anti-doping agencies in each nation to conduct their international standards for testing.

For America that is USADA, but if they want another anti-doping agency from another country, then I guess that could work

 

1. USADA does not have it's own phlebotomist to draw blood from the athlete.

2. USADA does not have a WADA accredited lab to analyze it's sample.

3. USADA has doping control officer to catch urine where they then mark the sample and send it to the accredited lab.

Huh? So nobody works there with the skillset to do this (DCO) so who would watch? What would be the point of them watching? That would be like you or I "watching" a neurosurgeon to be "sure".

The WADA request is not a big deal if you are dumb. If you actually look at how the testing is structured you can tell Arum is just pulling random BS out of his butt as he goes along. So asking for oversight from an organization that has nothing to oversee shows that the man is full of crap. You going for it shows... You are full of crap too.

These fools who think USADA is indispensable to a random drug test for floyd and pac are ****en laughable. USADA was certified by the WADA and the US Congress to perform olympics test only in case of Olympic sports events. This Pac-Floyd fight is not an Olympic Sports event and they can have special arrangements to have other bodies with the blessing of WADA to conduct the test. Even the NSAC can administer this if they agree to and if allowed by WADA. Or thet can contract the UK or Canadian or any other private non-government testing organization in other countries certified by WADA to administer the test and that is allowed because it is not an olympic event that would need Congressional approval first. The laboratory which will analyze the results will still be the same anyway no matter which organization conducts the test. WADA has only two certified laboratories in America. So what the **** is the problem here? Why keep on insisting on USADA? Since when had USADA been a roadblock to the fight you ***** dumbasses

Yes I think that can work. Since Pacquiao will start training in the Philippines, his OSDT will be conducted by Philippine Anti-Doping Agency which is the Philippine Sports Commission. Floyd training in the USA hence his OSDT will be handled by USADA. :good

 

That works for me. If this was the olympics, that is how it would go down anyways. The only thing I'd be worried about is since Manny is a Congressman and has a lot of influence over there, he can get them to alert him when they are coming, but I'm not going to get into conspiracies and ****. Lets just get a deal done
