    You have to trust the Philippines Anti-Doping Agency since in the first place it's a WADA accredited organization.

    Actually this is just formalities since Floyd won't fight without OSDT. That's what he wants so Team Pacquiao will submit to OSDT and finally we can have the fight. :good

    let me just give you the answer....USADA plan, direct and oversee the testing. USADA don't do the testing, well except collect the urine sample.

    I don't know the difference between these organizations and neither do any of you. Just get a well-respected and non-partisan group (which I'm sure most of them are) to come in and get this **** over with.

    This has gotten out of control...

    Listen man theres No way in hell the USADA is somehow gonna fabricate a fail test for Pacquiao and how the hell are they not neutral. you gimme one good reason why Arum wants this WADA????

    Arum doesnt want the fight!! Its time to keep it real, Arum doesnt want his cash cow to lose. Nobody he has right now will bring in that kinda of money unless JCC gets really big somehow. If Marquez gave him trouble then WTF is Mayweather gonna do??

    Let it be known Im a Pacquiao fan but **** Arum. Pac hasnt said anything which I think is dumb because all this nonsense can get cleared up, we're siting here trying to arguee about some **** that we dont even know if Pacquiao asked for or anything. From what I seen Arum doesnt want the fight, why else would he says this. When he knows damn well if he says USADA the fight will get made 100% but he throws this in. I hope the fight happens....man I can only hope...

    They can use the Philippines for Pac while he's training over there and USADA for when they are here, but if there was to be any fuss over it, then I guess that could be one of the arguments.

    Like I said before :hey, I'm not trippin. I see all of this as good news and I'm confident Floyd will agree to move off of USADA or that Arum will realize USADA isn't going to be a problem
