Got one question here, does the USADA ever tested a non-American professional boxer before? I knew the USADA tested Floyd and Mosley. Just curious.

speculations that have been posted that I agree with.

    1. Arum just don't want to give in to all of Floyd's demand

    2. A dislike for Tygart as he seemed to back up the Floyd's position.

WADA said the USADA was indispensable by listing them as the only organization that they use to test per their own list. So per Arums' request, doesn't that mean they are indispensable?

Also, FMJ already said that the USADA was dispensable. When FMJ originally asked for a 14 day cut off this implied that the USADA would NOT be used. Why? They don't do cutoffs (per the WADA). So again, Arum is made to look stupid.

What are you talking about *******? The fact here is that uncle Bob is just blowing more smoke up your butt and here you are defending it like a good little soldier!

IMO since the Philippines Anti Doping Agency started OSDT with Pacquiao in the Philippines then it's best to have them continue the testings even if Pacquiao is already continuing his training in the USA. Let them finish the job.

They interpret and enforce the results. Referring to one Athlete as "The Clean Athlete" implies and presumes the other(s) are dirty.

Read how they specifically targets high profile athletes and request millions more in budget to do it.

yes. According to Annie Skinner in the Fight Hype interview, if the Olympics is held in the US, the foreign athletes would be tested there by their agencies and then when they come here, USADA will work with IOC and test all the athletes.

Looking at this posting my educated guess is yes. This is a posting from the USADA for job opportunities in the UK.

I think you miss this, I was asking for "professional" boxer(s). If you're talking Olympics then you must be referring to amateur boxers.

Seriously, stop this already. WADA is as neutral as it can get. Floyd has expressed in the past that the important thing is the no cutoff olympic style testing. WADA does OSDT so I don't think FLoyd wil have a problem with that. Until Floyd said no this is how it stands, don't preempt him.
