Phil Taylor to win the matchplay - 7/4. Plenty! Skybet had this at 4/9 in November '10 and they have been the sort of prices you'd get on Phil in the televised events over the last few years.

Also like the look of Baxter to win his quarter at 20/1 (SJ). That's too long IMO. As short as 10/1 elsewhere.

 

I got 11/8 on StanJames.

 

I know what ur saying re Taylor but he aint no shoe in like the good old days ! .... and Anderson just won back to back tmts in Holland this weekend so he in gr8 form ....

Skybet Anderson 11/2 without Taylor looks very tasty indeed

 

Yeah I see Anderson being his main rival. But he'll have to play Phil in the semi final if they both win their quarters. Therefore I think you're better off going with the 13/2 outright price since it's likely he'll have to beat Phil anyway.

I'm sticking with Phil at that price though. This is his favourite event. He's won it 9 times in the last 11 years :shock:

Got £20 on Murray pts @ 12/5 with Ladbrokes, just see him being too strong for Mitchell.

I also have McDowell each way @ 33/1 in the Open. He's been in ok form and is a good wind player plus he is great under pressure so I fancy him to be up there this week.
