He really hardly ever loses any rounds, much less fights. Even against Lewis he won several of the rounds while it lasted.

The main factor is Adamek's durability on Vitali's punches. It really is because if Adamek looks like the busier guy each round then he is going to get some decent scores from the home crowd. Adamek needs to absorb his punches and shake them off and keep out working Vitali. Showing success on Vitali would give Adamek a chance to go to the scorecards and possibly win a few rounds due to his body-face combos and slick movement. The big ? is if Vitali can stay focused and hunt down Adamek, which is expected from so many fans since Vitali is in fact a beast..

Vitali has lost a few rounds since than BUT there are 2 things to remember Vitali is pushing 40 and Adamek is the best fighter he will have fought since Lewis. Adamek is a live dog.

His Russian Doctor gave him roids for an injury he suffered kick boxing.
He was not a roid user.
Back then if you was real good and won a gold medal, you got to rent a one bedroom apartment with living room and kitchen and got your name moved up to the top of the ten year list so you could buy a car.
You did not ask your commy sports doctor...what's you doing.
You did as you were told.

Nope no one was hanging around the gym selling roids...in no one had any money to buy them.
If the Government thought you needed roids, they gave you them.
That doctor was not up on what was illegal to give him and when.

That was Russia where you had the right to do as told, as often as told until told other wise. Or Else!

Vitali is old, almost shot but still has enough to easily beat Adamek. I hope Vitali retires this year, he has slowed down quite a bit and his injuries have taken away much of his bodys natural movement.

Vitali will KO Adamek in 8 or less.

Adamek has a better chance in this fight than a lot of people are giving him.

I pretty much agree with this although i dont think Adamek should attempt to be slick otherwise it could be a long night, he should base his game on being the quicker fighter with his hands and more importantly his feet.

Vitali's age and long list of injuries is Adamek's best friend. Prime for Prime Vitali would take the brave Pole Apart.

Exactly. As long as he avoids a majority of those power punches. Adamek can take some of the jabs but needs to be a step ahead of Vitali at all times. He wont be worrying about what his face looks like so as long as he isn't blinded by swelling or a cut then hopefully adamek can outperform the giant

adameks is very over-rated IMO, i see him getting stopped middle rounds, an taking a real beating, i see him maybe winning a non-exciting first round, but from there on out he gets beat down...

Vitali doesnt carry the pop that he once did in his punches because hes trying to preserve himself over time and eliminate the risk of getting injured, unless he sits down on his punches early he may find Adamek a very hard task to deal with, Adamek should try and stay as mobile as possible whilst mixing in aggressive clusters of punches when Vitali leaves himself open, i feel Adamek is quick enough on his feet to pull that off. Vitali is not what he once was, this fight could prove to be an upset victory, would be great if a smaller heavy like Adamek was able to pull it off.:good

Vitali hasn't lost rounds since he stopped fighting serious opposition.

Wlad has lost some rounds because he has to fight the fast, young, in-shape guys.
