I will watch the fight but i can't see it being very competitive. I just hope Adamek doesn't stand there and trade with Vitali, that would be full on suicide. He has to be very mobile, throw a few punches and move on. It will be hard as Vitali is pretty mobile himself!

Yeah, Adamek is going to have a very hard task.

I can see the fight being very attractive due to the both chins and workrates: Adamek usually 600-700 punches a fight and Vitali usually 700-1000 punches a fight.

It will be a very hard task but if Adamek fights a very clever fight, maybe Vitali will show his age..... But the big question is, can he avade Vitali's bombs and plant his own consistently? He will have to box the fight of his life.....

This is exactly what he is going to do. He started the training few weeks ago. Some people say that this is a bad move to have so long camp, beacsue he may peak too soon. But Adamek stays cool and says that this is a well-thought decision, as usually during the camps boxers have soft injuries, etc so they need to have a few days off sometimes. The longer the camp, the better he may prepare to the fight of his life.

His trainer and manager also closed the training and the camp before media and press, so Adamek and Bloodworth can focus only on the fight. Adamek himself says that the fight with Vitali doesnt start 10 September, but it has started since he started training in NJ. Now in Poconos there is a second phase of the fight, as he is starting sparrings soon.

If VK looks anything like he did when he fought Byrd, Adamek will win hands down. But remember, VK had a bad shoulder & that most likely affected his performance.

But even if VK is 100%, so will Adamek be 100%+ & he will figure something out to turn the table on Vitali.

So if you spar someone and he pops you on the button repeatedly, you would have no respect?

I love it that people don´t give Adamek much chance. If Adamek´s chin holds, many prognosticators will be flush with embarassment. Remember, Adamek is a very busy fighter that was supposed to be knocked out by Arreola. He was also tagged hard by Grant who as a boxer isnt much but still remains one of the heaviest hitters in boxing. Vitali will have to take Adamek to hell and back to get him out of there. If he comes in unwilling to work his ass off, or if his timing is just a bit off, Adamek will outwork him.

Adamek will not be coming in with a handful of wild desperate flurries like Haye. He will have a comprehensive plan to outwork Vitali. I expect this to be a great-boxer puncher showdown. It will be a test of wills.

If that were the case a guy like Arreola would walk through him and knock him out. Didnt happen.
