In Philippines bro? They're too corrupt back there, and besides Pacman is a Congressman in his country he will rig the test.

He needs to man up bro.

Take the test and call out Floyd Pacman.

    :rofl

The point is it is a facade.

True fighters never asked it before. Now it seems that in order to fight somebody, you have to go to the United Nations for negotiations.

It makes the sport look like a bunch of pussies.

They dont have to use USADA . Youd' be naive to belive that their the only agency that can conduct random testing. Just because their supposedly the best doesnt mean their the only one.

    Floyd: USADA or no fight!

Oh wait Floyd hasn't spoken yet. He's quick in calling out Pacman during the Ortiz press day. But has been silent since Arum's declaration. :yep

The same thing majority claim Floyd fans do just because Floyd says something. So Arum says they want WADA, and WADA says use USADA... Is that a good enough reason to not take the fight now from Pac's side? :think And if they were to use that, who would back their decision? :think The same people claiming it would be wrong for Floyd to back out of the fight saying USADA only?

Thank you WADA... We're arguing over BS now. You've said your piece, let's see how they react.

"We dont accept the USADA handling it. We do accept the prestigious, well-respected WADA. On those terms, Pacquiao will submit to whatever testing is required so we can make the big fight." -Bob Arum

"WADA is not a testing agency...USADA is the body which would be the best one to use." -Terence O'Rorke, Senior Manager Media Relations and Communication of the World Anti Doping Agency (WADA)
