the only way floyd can stop pac is if he opens a big cut and the fight gets stopped otherwise its either pacquiao ud/ko or floyd ud. dude could have stopped marquez or mosley if he really went for it but he was all safety first cruising to the decision, its highly unlikely he will take risks in an important fight like pac.

Yeah you have a point, but IF and thats a big IF, if pacquiao comes out fast for 12 rounds and doesnt decide to slow the punch rate down like mosley and JMM did, then imo floyd should win this by a late knockout because the more Pacquiao gives the easier it will be to fall into floyd's trap.

But yeah the only way pacquiao can win this is by an early ko which i dont see happening, mayweather is too elusive:bbb:bbb:bbb

Yeah it would most likely go to decision, but if Pac gets frustrated and wings wild then it's possible for Floyd to catch him.

I think floyd would force him to drop his punchnumbers by moving, I always felt that would be the best tactic moving just potshotting him to an 8-4 type decision, if he is going toe to toe with pac I get the feeling he will eventually get overwhelmed with punches or caught with something big and forced on his bike.
At this point its difficult for me to make a fair prediction though, we dont know how much either guy has left at this point, im waiting till they both have fought this year.
But it was always a winnable fight for floyd on paper, height and reach advantage, speed, stylistic advantage thats why I always felt he saw something in pac he didnt like or that he didnt have enough faith in his own abilities. Anyway hopefully it happens summer 2012 and both guys still have enough left to make it a good fight.

Its unlikely in my opinion, I mean last time he was dropped legit, it was like 7 years ago or something and he faced tough punchers that could ko a guy.
I could see him stop khan or even ortiz but I think he would just do his thing vs pac and look for a decision win, there is nothing wrong with that though.

    My opinion.

I think he saw all of those punches coming though, different if he's caught with one while attacking and doesn't see it. Nobody he's fought recently really had the speed to do what Floyd could/can. Same goes for Pac and Floyd's recent opposition. We NEED to see this fight. :bbb

Floyd aint knocking out anyone. ****ing Pauli Malignaggi has the same KO% at welter 33%. Floyd has 2/6 and those were both against career JWs.
