Agreed, that is why if we can stick it to the man a least once, I'm happy.

Actually, looks like they didn't find any fraudulent activity; so they are going to force the judges to go through additional training before they lift the suspension.

The New Jersey Commission deserves no applause for this. This is the absolute minimum that should have been done, and assuming there is no evidence of outright bribery or corruption on the part of the judges, the people who should really be suspended are those who allowed such utterly unqualified individuals to judge a 12-round HBO main event. Given the fact that we have not heard a single thing about consequences being borne by the actual higher-ups at the commission, I have nothing positive to say about the actions taken so far.

This fight WAS a flagrant robbery. It should be ruled an NC. I don't think justice would be made to give Lara a win, but don't disgrace this sport by leaving this a win. A rematch would be better to settle this. This made the judging in the Sturm Macklin fight look totally legit and above board by comparison.

Your first question breeds stupidity. Second, baseball doesn't have a certain way to watch out/safe or fair/foul calls. Baseball is either/or. Boxing has 3 judges...all of who view fights differently. Think before you type next time.

I'd like to see some professional investigators and polygraph instead of the commission. We might get a different picture. Won't happen though. I think the Jersey commission is in full damage control mode.

Corruption? Where's the proof? Decisions should not be overturned to wins. Very bad scoring should be turned into no contests, and while I dont like that, I'm ok with that. Whitaker/Chavez was terrible. Now that should be overturned from a loss to a win lmao, kidding.

This^^^^^^ I had paul winning rounds 2,4,5,6 definitely with 10 & 12 going either way, depends on what you looked for, while the best I could give paul was a draw or lara a one or two point win, some rounds that harold gave lara was just favortism..

Lara would land one maybe two good punches in the entire round and the hbo crew would automatically give the round to lara, while he just played defense the rest of the round and used his legs with paul pressuring and continuing to land, they weren't flashy or hard punches but he did more, particularly in rounds 2, 6 & 10...

I've seen worst but I think a rematch is the right thing to do...

    Don't overturn the ruling? :yikes

It's very easy to see that you were not the one training for 8 weeks, that you were not the one that fought a hard 12 rounds giving it all you got, that you were not the one that got bumped in the head badly and that you were not the one that lost your precious " undefeated record "!!! Decision must be overturned or at least ruled a no contest. :bart

    justice has been served

now change ruling to a no contest

**** a rematch, no need for it w/ a one sided first fight
