Your list is good for me. But I would change Floyd to #1 and Manny to #2. Why? As long as Floyd is active his skill level is enough for me to have him at #1. Until I start seeing some kinks in his armor that spot belongs to no one else but him. Manny is #2 because he never beat the man to be the man. As far as I'm concerned he is just keeping the spot warm until Floyd decides to take it back. This ain't the WW rankings where Many is the clear #1. Pound for Pound is different.
I can't understand for the life of me why people have Wlad so high on the P4P list. It's a POUND-4-POUND list. He's had a considerable size advantage over all his best wins. The size difference between him and Haye was 32 pounds which is the equilavent of Timothy Bradley fighting a junior featherweight or Andre Ward fighting a welterweight and one that's not even a P4P elite themselves. The fighters who have been his "own size" (in some cases simply overweight) have been garbage - Thompson, Peter, Rahman, and Ray Austin.
The Pavlik win was 3 years ago. Too many other fighters have did good things within the last 3 years for that win to still carry a lot of p4p weight IMO.

Well i'm a deepthroater, a bandwagon jumper and a warrior, all on one thread. To the question at hand, people putting vitali in their top ten astounds me. I mean gamboa is way ahead of him, it has to be said. I actually think gamboa can be something special, I just hope he takes the right fights to leave a legacy at featherweight, it's bloody hard doing it. Look at naz, fought most of the top guys and still gets little credit. But beating john will legitimise gamboa in my eyes. That aside the skills he shows in the ring are phenomenal.
All the people that have Froch on their list must believe MP is the GOAT. 2 of Froch's biggest wins are vs Taylor and Glen Johnson. (Neither did he dominate, J.T. he needed a miracle KO to bail himself out of a loss and he had a tougher time with GJ than most expected). Yet some of the same people who have Froch P4P don't give (enough) credit to Manny Pacqiauo for one sided destructions of HOF fighters - Mosley, ODLH and Cotto and coming up in weight to do so. Just think of Froch's justification as P4P fighter and it makes Manny's case as underrated by his haters very ****in good.
yeah that was when Pavlik was in his prime too, beating Pascal was impressive for his age but Froch beat Pascal and that was before the super six even started.
you want to talk skill fine gamboa has got skill but he doesn't belong in a top 10 p4p just yet, his resume is not quite there yet, he has also been knocked down a few times. I know last year donaire was criticized for being on the p4p list before he KO'd Montiel but he had knocked out darchinyan (who was in his prime-ie not a former title holder) 4 years ago and that was when he only had 19 fights. Gamboa's best win was against Salido and that went 12 rounds, if it was a KO I could understand the argument
