Pac abuses his power, how can you protest condom usage in your own country? As of right now the Philippines is a low-HIV prevalence country, with less than 0.1 percent of the adult population estimated to be HIV positive. I guess congressmen man Manny looks to change all of that. Some one tell Manny Poverty, and unprotected sex doesn't mix just ask any African country going through it.

Im not sure about pac, I dont think he is very smart either but a Pinoy should say this, he might struggle in English but could seem smarter if he expressed himself in his native language.
A few boxers that strike me as smart guys out of the ring are marquez,klits,pirog,martinez,ward,zbik,haye,valuev,barrera.

If you are somehow trying to compare Floyd to PAC I'd suggest you don't bring attention to it. Floyd won't ever come out looking better.
