An outdoor card from Morroco featuring Souleymane Mbaye, Lee Haskins is currently fighting, going into the 11th and well clear on the cards, the 10th round only went on for 2 minutes for some reason.

Decent performance by Haskins awkward as ever and not too easy on the eye either. Completely dominated the fight. The Moroccan wasn't great but done well to finish the fight.

Haskins was the betting underdog iirc, kicking myself I didn't put anything on it.

    Was he? Hell.

Boulegcha was some manner of "champion" (holding some BS bauble of both the IBF and WBA) but man did he look bloody awful there.

Yes. He won every round on my card also. His opponent was a zombie. Expected more from the moroccan tbh.

Thanks, read an article sumwhere that the bloke he was fighting was supposed to be really good and Haskins was gonna get battered, go figure. He aint the most exciting to watch but felt bad for him the way he got ****ed about by that Italian.

Missed that. Did Haskins show a bit more application then usual when he either runs out of gas or gets bored and starts trying sub-Naz moves out?

Boulegcha then is worse than horrible. :yep At least his effort was.

Odd common thread in all three bouts in Morocco today: the losers all seemed like they couldn't care less about being there.

Boulegcha, Huebner, and M'Baye all had this sort of put-upon attitude like they were doing a pain in the ass favor for an in-law or something.

With all due respect to Haskins, El Hadak, and El Massoudi - they did what was required of them and may well have beaten even motivated versions of their opponents - but in all three cases it was largely target practice on fish in a barrel.
