    ellerbe just had an interview on Fight Hype about the issue also and he's pretty much talking about how Arum is trying to stir crap again and misdirect the media like he did last year in making them think Manny agreed to testing.
    it also seems like they want to stick with USADA, but they aren't trying to focus on that right now and trying to give all their attention to Ortiz right now

    He said no USADA, only WADA. If he wants WADA to do oversight, then just who does he expect to do the testing? Oh, that's right, scheduled-in-advance urine tests by the local commissions and/or sanctioning bodies... Because commissions and sanctioning bodies are totally what is keeping this sport afloat!

    Pac typically trains for the first 6-7 weeks in the Philippines before coming to LA for the final 2 weeks at the Wild Card.

    Is USADA also recommended to do testing in Baguio when the local WADA accredited anti-doping agency is the Philippine Sports Commission?
