You got that backwards, champ. Wladimir and Vitali are the two greatest heavyweights of all time. Lewis had a lot of very susopicious fights. He probably had his gloves fixed for the Vitali fight because Vitali had never even had the slightest cut before, and both Tyson and Golota appeared to be drugged in their fights with him.

Can't argue with the champ. I've long said that Vitali is the sturdier, more skilled, and flat out better brother. Only thing I disagree wih is that it takes Lewis till the middle rounds to obliterate Wladimir. In my opinion, Lennox takes Wladimir out as early as the 2nd round. Or 4 at the latest.

Lennox has to say that. What do you expect?

"I didn't fight Wlad because I was afraid of his superior speed"???

Lennox is the greatest cherrypicker the world of boxing has ever known. That's where Vitali learned to cherrypick.

    Wlad takes on all comers.

    "I would have beaten Wladimir."

Then why didn't you do it, Lennox?

Heh?? Wlad might have not held on for dear life like he did against Sam Peter, but he definitely did do some holding in there and absolutely no infighting and no body punching. Two things that Lennox could do at his best.

    CHERRYPICKER????

    The guy fought Holyfield(x2),Ruddock,Mercer, McCall(x2),prime Briggs,Prime Tua,Tyson,Prime Rahman(x2),Botha,Golota,Vitali,Bruno and others.

Granted this level of comp wasnt around in Klitschkos years, but the fact is,you cant compare the resumes of either Klitschko to Lewis.

Haye wouldn't let him hold, every time he tried, Haye took a knee. And the first time Wlad was in any danger of having to do any infighting he held Haye's head for near enough 10 seconds in the 12th.

Watch the HBO broadcast of the Wladimir v.s Sanders fight. During the post fight interview Sanders talks about the phone call. And when Merchant ask him "Are you and Lennox friends to the point where he'd call you?!" Sanders replied "Well ahhhh errrr ...we know each other. We belong to the same promoter."

Then why didn't Lennox do it? He could have fought them much earlier than 2003.

Lennox wanted to retire without fighting either of them. But when it became obvious he was ducking them, he picked one. The slower one.
