If his chin made of wet toilet paper then he would have been ko by younger Mercer, Young Briggs, Prime Tua, Holyfield, Grant, Rudduck, Bruno, Morrison, , Vitali and more. In which Lewis would have 8 losses or more if that's the case. And if his chin is made of wet toilet paper then he wouldn't slug it out with Rudduck, Bruno, Holy rematch, Briggs, Mercer, Vitali, Grant.
Lennox had a stronger mentality and would not have been afraid to push the fight early, i think Lewis confidence and precence between the ropes would have been very unsettling for Wlad. Lewis would not give Wlad a chance to settle into any rythem and would attempt to bumrush Wlad much in the same way he stopped Golota and Grant, in a firefight Lennox 's superior arsenal, mindset and chin would prove far to much for WK. Who ultimately succumbs to a few hellacious uppercuts whilst trying to clinch to stop the onslaught.
i couldnt pick a winner between wlad v lennox..wlad is faster and hits harder..lewis is tuffer and isnt scared to get kod..isnt scared of using all his arsenal wer wlad will hesitate..its really hard to say tho wlad isnt the same guy anymore he has confidence and we will never know the answer to the question untill wlads put under pressure again to see how he reacts...tho on the other side hes been that good hes stopped people from putting him under that pressure..its a really hard one to pick.
It's pretty obvious to anyone not blinded by bias that Lewis would easily handle Wlad. Young Wlad had a punchers chance, older timid Wlad wouldn't even have that as he rarely lets his hands go, both versions get quickly KO'ed. As mentioned before Lewis advised Sanders on how to beat Wlad. Lewis had already figured Wlad out and knew he would win by simply pressuring Wlad, who at that point did not handle adversity well. The assertion that he advised Sanders on how to beat Wlad because he feared facing Wlad is ludicrous, he knew how to beat him, why would he be nervous about facing a fighter he had already figured out how to beat? I have always rated Vitali over Wlad, he may not be as aesthetically pleasing or as naturally gifted as an athlete but he is simply more effective. He remains calm even during adversity, he's more durable, he know how to control range better, he knew how to hold and tie up an opponent without Steward drilling it in to him, he's just the better natural fighter. I can't see how Wlad ever beats Vitali. Wlad is the smaller of the 2 so his usual tactics of using his height and reach advantages won't work. He can't outwork Vitali who throws almost twice as many punches. Vitali has thrown over 1000 punches in a fight before, Wlad would gas like we have seen in the past and get KO'ed if he ever tried to throw anywhere near that many punches. So the likely hood of him winning on points is unlikely as Vitali will force him to fight by being bigger and throwing more. If Lewis couldn't KO Vitali with his best shots, Wlad isn't going to stop Vitali. So he can't out point him or KO him the only option is defeat. Vitali would simply grind him down and stop him.
He can say whatever he wants he retired and his words mean nothing now. He can even say that he would knock out Ali in first round? who cares? That will never happen. But if Lewis decided to comeback ( ) and fight Wlad taht would be a big mistake :hey
your intitled to your opinion bro...as am i..my opinion is your opinion is biased towards lewis....im a huge ****ing lewis fan and even im not that deluded...good read tho...xoxo
Vitali was kicking his ass before the cut. And Steward admitted Lewis "Ducked" Wladimir...........Vitali ran Lewis out of boxing..:hi:
