    It depends.

Helennius has the potential to be pretty decent and not much better. But if Wlad + Vitali retire, he could be the best thing about, sadly.

I give Mike Perez an 8. As long as he doesnt go the way of Solis he should see his potential.

Helenius has potential but thats it, just potential. He got outboxed by Sugar Sam Peter for a few rounds, no need to praise him just yet.

Helenius 10. Boytsov was 10, but who knows now. Why is the useless Chisora on that list but not the Irish Traveler who's about to KO him?

Having just looked up Joe Hanks and watching him batter an overmatched oppoent around the ring for 2+ rounds my opinion about is. On the plus side he's 6'4" knows how to keep his range has good punches and body movement. Physicaly he has all the tools to be a champion.
On the minus side in his 16 fights all wins 11 by stoppage he has never been in any thing more than a 6 rounder. He has his first 10 rounder coming up latter this month.
