Round 1 Sjekloca is busier, but not thoroughly aggressive. The Montenegro native comes jumping in with left jabs and flashes of hand speed with Gevor using slippery twists. Gevor uses a lot of body feints and thrusts upward with his right jab, usually getting it just past Sjekloca's head and grabbing him afterward. Not a lot landing clean either way. 10-9 Sjekloca
Round 2 Lots of heavy up-jabs from Gevor, putting some whipping lefts behind them as Sjekloca glides in and out with a trickle of his own jabs and soft flurries to the body. Gevor is throwing everything straight up the middle, pushing into Sjekloca and carrying him to the ropes. 10-9 Gevor 19-19
Sjekloca is breathing heavily on his stool, getting fanned with a towel by his chief second as he sucks wind.
Round 3 Gevor is pushing Sjekloca out into range and then firing his right jab. Sjekloca is coming forward flurrying wide but landing as Gevor is backed into the ropes. Their contrasting attacks and mutual insistence on advancing result in a good deal of flopping together and clinching. Gevor doing a lot more pawing and feinting than firm throwing. Sjekloca is missing bucket loads, but raining down just enough during his wide flurries to guarantee himself the round. 29-28 Sjekloca
Round 4 Gevor is throwing right hooks to the ribs and reaching out to grab Sjekloca around the back, but is getting popped with straight right hands and having his straight jackets escaped with jelly-boned Houdini moves. Gevor starts to pound furiously to the body, unloading wildly. Sjekloca just leans into him to smother. Nice long shots whipped out by Sjekloca on the break, smacking Gevor across the face with a fully extended left hook and then landing a snappy right. Sjekloca landing much better but not damaging Gevor. Body shots by Gevor, and then a hard clinch leading with his head and causing a butt. 10-9 Sjekloca 39-37 Sjekloca
Round 5 Gevor is now blatantly grinding in with the top of his skull as he flings his arms out behind Sjekloca in mock hooking motions. Gevor is just clubbing away at his sides and leading with his horns. Sjekloca is looking gassed and expending a lot of effort just to get out of the clinches. The referee dispenses a warning to Sjekloca for something.
