stopped on cuts for a far lesser cut than the multiple vaginas that lewis opened up on vitali's face. apparently thats a win FOR vitali but when vitali gets stopped on cuts it's not a win AGAINST him.

if vitali was a true man of honour like you expect lewis to be...he would have sought out puritty & given him a rematch. but he didn't. cos he beat him. & thats that. :hi:

    but he didn't.

he got a win on cuts.

which means they should rematch right?

cos it's not a satisfying & definitive conclusion.

    right?

    :huh

At least he never quick like a ***** against a feather fisted blown up light heavyweight who's offense was laughable all because his shoulder hurt. Awwww poor baby. Yet Evander Holyfield and ANDREW GOLOTA fought the same opponent with the same injury and didnt quit. ANDREW GOLOTA!!!!!!!:lol::lol::lol:

They are going to remember him as a guy who has never been down and chased Lewis hof into early retirement.

nah purrity was doing the rope a dope thing he did against wlad...he beat one k bro...who knows how that last rd goes...puritty is throwing bodyshots in the 11...vitali is just pushing out tired arm-punches...who knows how that goes in the 12th.

but it doesn't matter...cos vitali won. just like lennox won. so quit bitching. :good

i wanted to see the fight. the first one was a great battle. but i respect that lewis felt he didn't have anything to prove cos he won.

Chris Byrd is no Sugar Ray Leonard. And VK only had 3 more rounds to go against a way smaller fighter who posed NOOOO threat to him at all.

And yea the champ at 40 beating the lies of Kevin Johnson and Albert Soswateverthe****hisnameis......

You are a joke **** off.

Lewis TKO 6 get over it.

Here is how Lewis will be remembered:-

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfMqx2UgXvU[/ame]

Vitali didn't beat him in the ring, he retired Lewis from boxing!

    That's bigger than any win!

i'm at peace with the whole thing now.

first off people forget how bloody good this fight was.

but the way i see it: lewis' prime (1997-2002), vitali's prime (2003-2005). lewis was only slightly removed from his prime in this victory, by 04 he'd have been atleast 2 years past his best and another year older whilst facing vitali still smack bang in his prime. in a rematch vitali wins IMO.

i've thought about it enough and i'm happy. prime lewis beats vitali, but if they rematched vitali whoops him, getting not much credit for beating on a fighter that would be labelled as shot.

I believe he would of if he had lost the first time around. Lewis would of came back in better shape and probably would of KO Vitali.
