Commas are used to break up sentences and make them easier to read. You can use them for lists, e.g:

List of handsome British Forum users: happydrinks, happydrinks, happydrinks.

You can also use them to mark out parts of a sentence that aren't necessary, e.g:

happydrinks, whilst looking handsome, made a post about commas.

Notice that the words in commas, if you take them away, are not really needed.

No. Ignoring your obvious trolling spelling mistake a better way to write that would be with full stops instead of commas as your post is actually 3 sentences not 1 run on one.
