Learn to read. I stated Irrelevant of the means of victory. Yes Kostya wasn't the same as he once was, yes Collazo was very close and through some interpretations could of been seen to have won and yes Mallignaggi is/was a bag of shite... doesn't change the fact that any of them would of beaten Witter conclusively.

hatton's stance on witter reminds me when you were a schoolkid at school, there's mouthy a guy in your class every time he gets a chance to run his mouth he does, you despise him, you think could give a beating but your not a 100% so you stay on the safe side you dont get in that postion where he could humilate you in front of everyone (basically hatton's big following) as much as you would love to shut his mouth you couldnt bear the thought of this boy beating you up in front of everyone.

you only have to look at how badly he took his defeat to mayweather, up until this day he still blames the referee, he hated mayweather going into that fight and wanted to beat him so bad but in truth they were on different levels,he has to use the ref excuse as a way to soften the blow if you like.

he now says he comforts himself knowing that mayweather will become an all time great so there's no shame in losing (which is true) so can you imagine him if he lost to witter !!! drug binge after mayweather pacquiao defeat to witter he'll be suicidal

What was Witter's best fight, anyone know? I can't imagine Witter being on the ball for all 12 rounds and the **** states he's been in for fights recently I don't know if he'd cope with the pressure.

no hatton nuthugger but I can't stand witter, in fact I hate everything about him his boxing style and lack of personality make me turn the tv over whenever he comes on. No way was Hatton scared of him, yes he could have made the fight but by the time he was at the level were he could have got hatton to the ring who was ricky chasing? That's right mayweather and pacquiao now if you were hatton who would you rather chase two of the best there has ever been or witter the shitter? For all witters comments about 'just cover my training costs' hatton should have just said we'll pay you on tickets you sell, junior would have ended up owing him money!

I honestly don't get why witter is so highly rated by certain people he's just a spoiler who everytime he has stepped up to face a truly world class opponent he's been found out or he's quit like he did against alexander-and that's why people will always love ricky more because despite the fact that his record is a little padded he never quit when the going got tough.

Wittier is right that was my favourite moment too.
Plus hattons the fat **** who ducked witter his entire career all because he didn't want junior to get any money. What a fat ****ing disgrace. Wittier would have knocked the ***** out anyway

:rofl Started drinking early today have you, he ducked witter to fight tyszu, mayweather and pacquiao.
Witters biggest wins were a dodgy decision over kotelnik, Corley and Harris tell me why did Witter not go after any of the other top 140 fighters Cotto, Torres, Holt or even someone like David Diaz because he knew full well that he would have got a hiding it was just easier for him to try and live of Hattons name.

Or it could be where there is a mouthy ****er calling you out for a payday and you think **** him i can earn plenty not fighting him and not giving witter the satisfaction of earning from the fight?

    Just playing devils advocate.

could well be doubt it though, best way of shutting him up is getting in the ring and giving him a good hiding, it's pretty obvious hatton would have earned the bigger pay day of the two so why not get in the ring shut him up and basically close the door on his career and get well paid in the process.

i remember when de la hoya wouldn't fight vargas first off his excuse was lo and behold the "pay day" bull**** as soon as vargas got dropped five times by trinidad put on the floor by rivera and looked poor against shibalta flores only then did oscar want to fight vargas, not saying he wouldn't have beaten him before them fights but the pay day thing is just what it is bull.

what oscar and hatton both had in common with the pay day bull is they both seriously at the time hated their opponents, witter and vargas hated them just as much, they didn't give a **** though they just wanted to fight, it dont take much to work out out of the hatton witter scenario who really wanted the fight.
