It's the most dangerous opponent out there, so don't expect Wlad to go for him twice. I was even astonished the fight took place. The whole Klitschko team underestimated Haye, they all admitted this after the fight.

    Totally agree
i still feel there was too many unanswered questions after the first fight.

If Haye could effectively change his game plan, we could be getting a better fight.

He didn't get K'oed and buzzed Wlad in the final round. Anyway this is prize-fighting and money talks. Haye has the toe excuse and is making the rounds on British television, charming the hell out of everybody. A return fight with Wlad will make millions for both fighters. Haye is the best mouth since Ali. It's up to Wlad if he wants to make tens of millions or chump change fighting the likes of Chisora or Arreola. Haye promises to take trash talking to a whole new level if Wlad agrees to the rematch.

Don't agree. Wlad always accepts the challenge the fans want to see. See Wlad-Sam Peter 1. People thought he was nuts after getting knocked out by Sanders and Brewster to fight heavy hitter, iron-jawed, undefeated Peter but Wlad wanted the most dangerous foe. He always fights the best out there.

He needs to earn his shot in the ring not outside it

He's quitting in October, his 31st. birthday unless Wlad agrees to a rematch. Wlad now has a few months to think about all that money that only Haye's outside antics can bring to the table. Or Wlad can fight for chump change against relative nobodies. Wlad and Haye are stars in Germany and Britain so that is a recipe for fan interest and huge money. Everything else is rubbish.

Haye should retire like he said he would and close the door behind him. When you run your mouth and can't deliver, don't expect any favours given.

The guy seemed to have lost his hunger anyway. Nobody want to see a fighter like that.

He needs to earn a rematch. The fight showed me he deserved his ranking in the division and he would be a live opponent in a rematch, but there are other opponents. Povetkin is still an olympic gold medallist and unbeaten contender. Fury and Helenius are both bigger than Wlad which would be a selling point. Arreola has been very active and gotten into much better shape, and has proved he can fight offensively for 11 rounds against a Klitschko while taking a beating. He may be a better opponent than all of these guys, but lost a wide decision and failed to live up to his own promises.

Oh yeah I heard Dave say he would insult the Klitschko's even worse this time!!! I mean, won't that work well???? They loved it the first time, hell why not even put Haye on their pay roll? He can write witty one liners about how much they suck ?!

    :nut:patsch

The rematch wont happen, it's been ruled out by Boente.

**** Haye. He made the whole world watch heavyweight boxing promising something explosive, only to show up for the money - can you imagine how many of them will never watch the sport again? Nobody watches Corrales-Castillo because the big events badly underperform. Not that Wlad is particularly exciting, but he shows up to box and knocks you out if you're willing to engage. Fans deserve an opponent who comes for the win and that ain't David.

Then I guess he will retire. Boente has stated there will be NO Wlad rematch.

Chump change? Wlad makes millions every fight. Would Haye give Wlad a rematch if he won?

    I don't think so.

    Bye David:hi:

charming the hell out of people? The whole country thinks he's a joke, an arrogant, ignorant joke at that. Only his Haye fan club ever want to see him fight again.

1.2m ppv buys should be enough to convince the Klitschko's he's worth another go around
