Whats the point of setting up all these fake **** organisations anyways? Surely there cant be that much money made from itatsch
Kiko tells Frampton ot prove he is best in Europe http://www.irish-boxing.com/2011/07/martinez-calls-for-end-of-spainish-inquisition/ re- the WBF belt- its not pajo's fault he fought for it. he got a win over a decent opponent- they just got the wbf in to help sell the show....and we need more people to come to shows. if some came to that show thinking it was a world title fight and were impressed by what was a good card and come back all the better- no harm done.. and Pajo himself doesnt go on about how great a belt it is.. he got in got the win and hopefully will fight at euro level soon
No one here mentioned Pajo. We were discussing the fictitious world title. And if you think conning a few mugs into going to boxing on the basis of getting to see a 'world title fight' then you're miles off the mark IMO.
presume some of the people of tallaght- didnt know any better and bought a few tickets. why else would they pay the big sanctioning fees if not to make the show more prestigous.. Im not a wbf fan! im not even a massive wba fan-
the heard somewhere prob the brit forum but i think it was something like 8 or 10 grand santioning fee to fight for it atsch
****ing hell who in their right mind would pay €8-10k for that. I reckon I'll start my own boxing union in that case.
Surely thats not right, Pajo and Coyle are not making big amounts of money fighting currently, that would be a big cut off their purse just for a **** belt that gives no recogniton at all:huh
Maybe what you and tony heard was right Jonny, im not exoert in it, I just didnt see a good reason why anyone up and coming would pay that much of a fee for a mickey mouse belt:think
Here lads I just saw the new Harry Potter at the cinema. So Harry finally beats Voldemort... But to be fair to Voldemort, he did break his little toe a few weeks earlier. :nut
