V.Exciting undefeated KO puncher Mike Perez is a short slugger at 6'0 with canny good speed And heaps of power, build like a brick-shithouse he weighs in @ 220-244lbs of ripped maybe-roided muscles, BUT does he have teh headmovements, combos And chin to be a great short slugger? Can Mike Perez unify teh top ABC belts And Ring Mag belts for a short And sizzling reign of terror And intimidation?? OR will Perez be more like Tua, And KO former ABC beltholders, But not be good skilled enough to beat teh real Champs? Is Perez better then other known-name Tyson clones like Morrison, Chagaev, Brewster, Povetkin, Boystov And Chisora?

He's better then Chisora and the likes of him. He's good, but not Mike Tyson good. Lacks mobility, Punching combinations and upper body and head movement. He is Tua like good. He may get better, cause he's young.

  4. how can you call chisora a tyson clone or morrison? :patsch

He has the psyche of Tyson.... but he only puts in 10% of the effort Tyson did.

And being smaller - that isn't gonna cut it.

I still think he is a top 10 guy already.

I would like to see Haye-Perez..... would be good stuff!

BOTH Chisora And Morrison are short stumpy sluggers who hunt for teh KO-punch every round like Tyson. :deal

Let's not be premature here. Tua knocked out prime Ruiz and prime Rahman at the same point in his career. Perez has done nothing. Don't get me wrong, I like the kid but...

I voted "nothing special", but only because there wasn't an appropriate option. He's certainly not on the level of Tyson, but he's also not at all similar to Tua. I could see him having a similar level of success as Tua though.

Has the potential to be the man that takes over from the Klitschko's but i still feel with his style that he will lose his fair share of big fights. Tbh I'm a bit surprised that he still hasn't arranged another fight after winning prize fighter. Right now I think he has a very good chance of beating Haye, Arreola, Dimitrenko and the like, nevermind nonsense domestic fighters like Chisora and Harrison.

Perez has serious flaws in his defense, and none of Tyson's insane aggression. I know we're all desperate for a new, young HW prospect, but this 'aint it.

Nothing to see here, folks. Move along .....
