It can't be anyone other than Ali. He was by far the loudest. He might not have come across as crassly or meanly as Toney, but on volume alone he was the biggest mouth.

Toney THuggish and funny as hell at the same time BUt although in the last couple years hes got kind of annoying.

Floyd (when hes himself hes likeable, when he plays the part hes an anoying little ***** who sounds like an ass)

This video sure does make my blood boil.In my view, there is nothing more offensive and distasteful in this world than a pugilist that conducts himself in such a morally repugnant manner. He must be humble,he must be quiet in his demenour, and he must always pay respect to his opponent.

Boxing is a noble, honest sport, and even if these men are prepared to batter their opponent into a coma,it's essential that these men conduct themselves as gentleman on a public platform at all times.

Watching the build up to Klitschko Haye made me think of Jack Munro. Like David Haye, he verry much trash talked his way into a meeting with the champion. From the same era, Tom Sharkey also deserves a mention.

Far from being something new, trash talking is as old as boxing.

    I say Jack Johnson imo.

Jim Corbett could also talk a mean game.

Not that I'd call Tex Cobb especially mouthy or cocky in the spirit of the thread, but he came out with some absolute beauties over the years....

'Earnie Shavers was the only man I knew who could hit you in the neck and break your ankle'.

Or to Renaldo Snipes when he objected to Cobb's statement referring to Ali, Foreman, Holmes, Frazier et al as the 'baddest n****** in the room'. ''Don't worry Mr Snipes, I wasn't talking about you....''

    :rofl

Funnier than Ali by a mile imo.
