Bob Arum is "nervous" to put Pacman in the ring with Floyd!

There is little doubt in my mind now that Bob Arum is "nervous" to put Pacman in the ring with Floyd with his latest actions with the WADA bullcrap. Arum is not as dumb as he looks and knew full well WADA dosen't test and the USDA was the officially doping agency. That would have took only a little research. Remember Arum was Floyd promoter for over 10 years and knows Floyd better than he does Pacman and know in his heart his "cash cow" Pacman can't beat Floyd so that why he is playing all these mind games. Also, that's why the last few years Arum has been carefully matching Pacman with selective opponets who he either promotes or weight drains them. Arum is also putting JMM at a weight disadvantage. Arum is the rotten apple in the bunch here.

Mayweather was hesitant to fight pac because he llooked so good after so many divisions and wars, thats why he asked for tests because he cant believe it anyone can do that.
Pac looked beatable vs mosley thats why he returned. on the other hand its very true that bob arum doesnt like this fight for pacquiao, mayweather has the best chance of beating pac and ending the run of million dollar events, also pac is his main weapon vs golden boy, he doesnt want to lose that and lose control over the market. Thats why most fights are inhouse and hee schedules fights very quickly after another ever since the margarito fight.

:goodSpot on post but i would go back as far as the Clottey fight! They ran to fight quicker than any other fight smack dab in the middle of negotiations. The Clottey fight was all about the cowboy stadium venue and Arum making money. It had nothing to do with not giving in to Floyd's demands because they never planned on fighting floyd. They had thay March date with Jerry Jones set in stone and they knew it wasnt going to be Mayweather as an opponent there. Clottey was the plan all along but these pacquiao fans will never admit to that.
