    The good?

    He has power it seems & he's def. looking in shape. I'd expect that from a former NFL player.

    The bad?

    Ridiculously wide, winging punches. Appears off balnce because he's trying to throw everything into every shot.

    Looks like a guy wailing away on the bag at a standard weight training gym or at a place that teaches "boxing classes" rather than a guy who trains at an actual boxing gym with a real trainer. No real boxing coach would let you swing away at a heavy bag that wrecklessly because believe it or not, you can hurt yourself doing it that way.

    By the way, the schmuck appears to be right handed. He swings away with the right with power and simply pushes with his left hand. Dumb ******* doesn't even have the correct stance down.
