It appears that the "renaissance" of Zab Super Judah has taken a very interesting turn. It's funny, critics often scoff at individuals with "histories" contrary to their line of thinking. For whatever reason, their evaluations of the person will never change despite evidence to the contrary.

Despite being a boxing virtuoso, Zab had failed to live up to the expectations the boxing world had set for him. Being a 5 time world titleist hasn't been enough either. Whispers of financial problems and lust for the night life dogged him constantly. A few years ago, he began to reassess his life and made some changes. The birth of his youngest son and rededication to his relationship with his CREATOR have rejuvenated him.

Regardless of his recent successes, many still remain skeptical. To those of you remaining skeptics, I offer this. A sure sign that a man has changed, is recognition of past mistakes, and what he does to rectify those things. What has Zab done differently? First, he forms a partnership with Kathy Duva to help promote his future events (which ensures a better financial future). Next, out goes his father as primary trainer, and in walks Pernell Whitaker (change of strategy / techniques etc...). Finally, in walks Victor Conte, certified genius regarding nutritional supplimentation and excercise techniques. Final recognition of his STAMINA issue and doing something about is the final key to future success for this young man. I wish him luck, or in Zab's words "GODSPEED"...:bbb Enjoy the read: http://www.maxboxing.com/news/sub-lead/judah-connects-with-conte

BTW, one of the most interesting facets of the Steve Kim article is the fact that Zab was one of the first marquee fighters to call for testing for PED's, not FLOYD. It happened when he was contracted to fight Shane Mosely...:bbb:good

Childhood buddies? Team USA boxing teammates perhaps! I think the chance for any conspiracy went out the window when they tried to "kill" each other in the ring...:good

v-o-c-a-b-u-l-a-r-y , once you put this together, find one. Also, the good people @ the R.I.F foundation called and offer their assistance. Remember, "reading is fundamental"...:-(

I think Zab has matured a lot from the brat that fought Kostya.

Nice post to the thread starter!

One thing we do know AND KHAN FANS LETS SEE YOU ANSWER UP!

ZAB JUDAH HAS A VERY SNEAKY, HARD HITTING, AND FAST, LEFT UPPERCUT that he throws from time to time. I could see this punch sleeping Khan or at least putting him at a point where he cannot fight back against Judah...

Judah should be able to knock Khan out with the left hook..i guess we'll see!

    MY PICK-

Judah by brutal ko, using or setting up the ko with his uppercut.

Not that this applies to Judah, a great champ but there is a joke that comes to mind when reading all this excessive Judah discovering religion crap.

A rabbi and priest are watching as a boxer enters the ring and makes the sign of the cross. The rabbi asks the priest what does that mean ? The priest goes, " Not a god darn thing if he cant punch " :blurp

Religion aint saving anyone in the ring.

Judah will come very strong and fast early in the fight and then he will fade in the late rounds like he used to do. He has a problem with his stamina. Khan will KO Judah between round 10 and 12 by working at the body mainly in order to slow him down before taking him out late in this fight. Judah is past his prime.

Don't expect anything much from Judah. He's not so consistent. Goes up and down all the time.

So the fact that this thread and article contained within shows that Judah has recognized and addressed means nothing for this fight, even though the same guy assisting Judah also assists Donaire among others?:huh
