Pedz said everything on the matter. Basically what you are saying is stupid, I'm sure you just read it somewhere or misunderstood what someone once said however even still you shouldn't go around repeating it as fact.

It's the equivalent level of stupidity as saying Audley Harrison is better than Ali as Harrison beat Williams who beat Tyson who beat Holmes who beat Ali. That's how stupid.

I thought the 17/2 odds on Khan to be knocked down but still win were very impressive. Put a few quid on that.

Most of my moneys gone on a judah ko/tko win though.

Yes I am sure Pedz knows more than Alex does who has a degree in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences.

Pedz is pretty much correct. By the way Darni 200 grams protein is only 800 calories, and when cutting protein intake is kept high to retain muscle mass.

As I said, I don't believe for a second Ariza said what you did. You have misunderstood what he was saying.

Also it doesn't take a degree to know this any more than it needs a degree in engineering to know if I put my dick in a blender it will be pulped, it's common ****ing sense.

Doesn't take a genius to work out that what Ariza has put down there is not even close to 6800 calories unless he's eating an actual whole chicken or 2 and a whole Tuna.

Looks like Khan might be having problems getting that protein out of his system.... that is probably the stupidest although all that you've said is pretty dumb.

Protein is in your blood stream, you just **** it out over the hours after consuming it, it doesn't stay there for days and weeks. If I drink a glass of orange and it digested into my blood, I wouldn't need to spend a week running to get rid of it out of my body.

I too heard Ariza say he usually has Khan at around 150 a week before the fight. I thought it was a little strange and hard to believe, also. Maybe it was a slip of the tongue or something. But he did say it. Darni's not making it up.

I'm sure you're being sarcastic with the whole tuna thing, but you do realise that it's not uncommon for a tuna fish to weigh half a ton? :huh

Thats my point smart ass, theres simply no way that diet makes up 6800 calories unless a couple of those portions are immense. :D

He'd be lucky if its half of 6800 looking at it. Either something is being missed or they're chatting complete bollocks.

I started doing some weights a few weeks ago and now my arms are bigger but I weigh the same. I definately haven't taken any "supplements" either. Anyone explain this? :think

Protein helps create muscle mass, muscle weighs more than fat, also how does the body react after high intake of protein over a training camp which again helps build and retain muscle when withdrawn/cut down?

Ok I should of said lose weight which covers water in the body, body fat, some excess muscle which the protein has been retaining and growing in camp.

Maybe Ariza's potent Roids/HGH combo has a lot of calories in? ;)
