    Since the Klits are short on opponents this could happen but I hope it doesn't. I doubt Tarver is fast enough to last more than 3 rounds.

    Toney or Adamek would be better opponents for Tarver.

    This fight was announced so far out in advance that Tarver making weight was not going to be the issue. More significant was Tarver's age and lack of experience fighting at this weight. Plus there was the question--why would Green want this fight and hand Tarver a huge paycheck if he didn't think it likely he would beat him? Green seems to have underestimated Tarver.

    Cruiser is a better weight-class for Tarver. At light heavy, he looked skinny; at heavy, he looked like a fat golfer. If he wants to continue he should stay at 200 lbs.

    You can gloat if you want. What is the point of picking a winner if you can't enjoy being right?

    I also have no idea why Green was the favourite. There were some good odds betting on Tarver. I thought about it before the fight, and couldn't see anything that Danny had which should have made him the favourite.

    Ah well, I still like Green, but have no idea what he will do next. I hope he has made enough money to retire now.
