Tommy clearly has HIV, he also seems to be addicted to some form of cocaine, probably crack. The swelling in his mouth ( might have thrush) the open soars on his hands and arms and his limbs wasting are all strong indications of HIV.....not to mention testing positive for AIDS over a decade ago. He wont be with us much longer, I would expect him to be dead in 5 years or less. Sad story, I feel sorry for the guy but he brought it upon himself and continues to do so.

the biggest load of **** i have ever read! it is a disease of the immune system caused by HIV which is transmitted via bodily fluids... giz,blood etc... you can take any amount of crystal meth you like and you will not contract AIDS unless you shoot it through a dirty needle. none of the things you mention can test positive on the test.. steroids,cold,flu etc... ridiculous

weakening your immune system due to years of drug abuse is not the same as contracting HIV which leads to the disease AIDS. on the contrary, somebody who has been abusing drugs for many years can be on deaths door step with an immune system that has been weakened and go into rehab and clean up. they can turn their life around and make a full recovery and be as strong and fit as ever. HIV which leads to AIDS is not curable also Tommy says he has passed HIV tests for years... anybody on the ARV's can show up negative in a test and have a normal CD4 count
exactly it is still there but the standard test wont show it. the ARV's can allow them to live a normal length life these days, but eventually it gets em in the end
I see a ring on his finger so i guess he's married. I doubt he would be smashing anything if he was HIV +ve
