    lol you're right about frankie beating the **** out of you if you were too reckless. well i have to be honest, i was surprised that you performed as well as you did. your defence looked good and i liked your head movement and lateral movement. popping out the jab would make you look busier (even if its not landing flush) and perhaps nick rounds. devon alexander nicked the fight against kotelnik by doing just that. i have no doubt you will improve for this performance and you know you can do 12 hard rounds. at 10 stone your punches will have more of an effect also. who knows, that shot might have done much more damage if frankie had grinded himself down to 10'4. he might have had less gas in the tank also. turns out coming in at 10'7 was a very smart move by frankie in the end and might have nicked him the fight. i definitely think you have a future at 10 stone. a fight vs the theophane vs cook winner (most likely theophane) would be very interesting. you throw a classy speedy 1-2 mate when you set it up, its an oldschool combination but its one of your strengths. i can see you KOing some guys with that 1-2 in future.

    also, never let anyone ever tell you that you have no chance to beat anyone. on your day you can give the best a good go mate. you certainly made a few fans on saturday and with the way you handled yourself after the fight mate.

    I just think its bordering on disrespectful when you try and tell a former world Amateur champion how to box and you just come across as a know it all IMO.

    Couldn't agree more people slagging off boxers on here it's a shambles should appreciate that they come on here to comment!! Alot off people on here do not support The game by going to the shows can't be assed moving out of there armchair yet they go on about other peoples fitness!! I think it's jealously at it's very best some people can't wait for a fighter to put in a bad performance so they can pounce and slate the boxer!! As for Frankie it's been documented he had weight issues I think Curtis woodhouse deserves alot of credit he fought his heart out and no one expected a performance like that from him!! A can't wait till frankies next fight all the haters out there will have to sink into there armchairs and hope someone else puts in a bad performance so they can keep there fingers occupied!!

    Idisagree. I think his posts show his level of knowledge and understanding of boxing. everyone is entitled to their opinion and gooners offers it in a respectful, informed way. far better than many on here. keep it up gooners :)

    No doubt Curtis deserves credit. He did VERY well and considering how late he came in the sport he is good. If I was him I would have been tempted to tell Frankie to **** off when they said the fight would be at 147.

    It would of been a bad move look at the recognition Curtis had got in the game from this fight it was a good move in my eyes it was 3 pounds and fight or waste a training camp and sit on the shelf till another small fight came along a move he couldn't really take!!he deserves a shot at some sort of title after a fight in sept IMO!

    Thats it, jealous armshair fans who dont even go to shows "MASSIVE" boxing fans though.

    no one ever kicks a dead dog............if your not jealous of some1, you dont slate em, not just talking about boxers here, some1 else in this thread knows what im on about
