Cuba's ATG trio could be rivaled by Mexico's ATG trio of Chavez, Sanchez, and Olivares.

On an ATG list, I'd put the following ahead of any of the three ATGs from Cuba:

    Panama - Duran
    Argentina - Monzon

I'd probably put Chavez and Gavilan on the same level.

Then Arguello (Nicaragua) a level lower than the two.

cuba has a great olympics sports program and they do better than any other latin nation at all the international events and that's including boxing.. and who knows how they would do in the pros you cant say either way the best ones never came out like hector vinent, ariel hernandez, savon, stevenson, and many more that i cant recall right now but that's the luck of the draw...

the ones that did came out have had mixed results with the best one so far being joel casamayor and gamboa but neither of them were the best in cuba

you cant blame the government cause it was after the revolution that the became so good in every sport before it was just boxing and baseball

Puerto Rico has a higher % of black people I'm pretty sure.

Black Cuban population is only like 10%.

  11. Really like your unbiased stance on this.

Yes you are right, Luis Manuel Rodriguez is also an all time Great but I didn't see him in the top 100 boxers of all times on this list but I know that he is considered one of the best welters of all times!

I'm not agreeing with the OP, but it seems like not a single person in here has even understood his point.

Cuba's top 3 fighters: Napoles, Gavilan, Chocolate
    Mexico's top 3 fighters:
    Panama's top 3 fighters:
    Puerto Rico's top 3 fighters:

    etc

Make the lists for yourselves and see if they are better than Cuba's list. That is the point he is making.
