I dunno guys, IMO my guess of Young by UD is way more realistic. I love Jimmy Young as a sweet scientist, he was a proper mint defensive spoiler, But a light-hitter who does not ever go for teh KO, instead he spoils lots and annoys enemies, And spends way more time defending himself And grabbing, then going for a KO or trying to hurt guys. Gentleman Young was a v.clever boxer, a true master of spoiling And defending, like teh recent Chris Byrd, And like Byrd he was no puncher, nor did he want to be. His game was trying to win decisions, But unlike teh similar defensive-spoiler Byrd, who had generous IBF judges on his side, Young was unlucky to be in a era where judges did not really like his negative spoiling, we see this in his decision losses waht he might of won VS Kenny Norton And shot Ali,, And his draw with Acorn Shavers. Jimmy Young has a very very low KO% of 19% And his Best KO is a TKO10 of Gordon Racette, who was TKO'd by another light-hitter Trevor Berbick a year later. Yes a past-prime Foreman was dropped to 1 knee for a second by Young, But Big George was v.badly heat exhausted And dizzy of dehydration in hot Rio. I do stick by my confident guess of Young doing a wide decision job on Mikey Tyson. :deal
Stevie m8, did you read my big post on why Young does a wide decision job on Tyson, But does not get a KO?? :? What did you think m8??
1977 Young wins EVERY ROUND VS 1995 Tyson. :bbb BUT 1991 Tyson could probs win a couple of Rounds VS 1977 Young.
