Do it. There's no decent argument for it.

I think they are about equal in ranking basically they are number 3/4 but since floyd is off the list for now its 2/3 I had donaire up after beating montiel, currently martinez since he fought great vs dzinziruk who is a solid champ at 154.
However if donaire fights and beats someone good later this year while martinez sticks with guys like barker then obviously nonito gets ranked higher.

You do know rankings are subjective based on the person right?

If so, why do you care who puts who over who?

When you can just as easily do the same.

It seems to be the consensus here that Martinez is ranked higher. Doing so is just plain wrong. Donaire has more recent resumé depth and the superior single performance against Marquez.

As opposed to Martinez who whos last 2 victories were against fighters who belong at 154? And don't tell me that Martinez belongs there too. If he did, he'd go back there. Fact is he probably couldn't make 154 without great difficulty.

Martinez is shorter than almost anyone he recently faced, he weighs 157 usually for fights.
I wonder why recently people question martinez' ranking when it wasnt a issue before?

Well then you should take pride in your own views.

Doesn't matter what other people say. It's all subjective opinion, and p4p is ALL speculation anyway. We're never gonna see Donaire vs. Martinez so who really gives a ****?

I've strongly questioned it from the beginning, I'm just not particularly vocal on here unless it involves Chris Eubank.

Martinez has a more solid resume....Cintron (**** what anyone says, thats a sergio win), Williams, Pavlik, and Dzinzurik...Nonito has Montiel, darchinyan, and Marquez....Sergio has actually done something after his good wins, while Donaire hasnt done anything...Not Nonito's fault, but as of now Sergio is ranked higher because of that.

I heard Nonitos scouting Kids Footlocker for midgets to fight next.
