Maybe he was checking his hand because of the blood?

This, one of the first things I noticed after the red on the wraps was a ;avl of concern on his face. Rather it is dye, blood or something else. Seeing the lack of concern on his face and concerding the fact that his hands are what he makes his living with and there is also no one atending to them, my first thought was that the photo might have been photo-shopped.

You can always tell who has never laced them up (it's usually the jackasses who always talk about glass jaws).

That is not blood, its dye from the gloves.

It is probably blood but probably a knuckle cut or something.
The cut seems to be OUTSIDE of the wrap.

If the color came from the gloves, his whole hand would have a shade of pink or red. But the color is very bright in only isolated areas.

And what kind of cheap ass gloves would rub off that much color on the person using it?

:? He could of been using the double end bag with no gloves on and nick himself on the rings that attach the cords, but either way thats alot of blood. Ive gotten blood smeared on my gauze, but not like that. Maybe scar tissue that opened up sounds like the only logical explanation. The smeared part on the gauze on his middle finger looks normal Ive gotten that, but the ring and pinky knuckles look bright red.

The dye does not rub off onto the whole hand; just usually around the knuckle in the exact place where it is in the picture. If you look at the middle knuckle, you can clearly tell that the red was rubbed onto the top of the wrap, not bleeding through from underneath.

It has nothing to do with being cheap ass gloves, they all do it. And for those who said he uses blue gloves, its not the the color from the outside of the glove that rubs onto the wrap, its from the inside .

Go back and look at some televised fights when they pull the gloves off of fighter - 9 out of 10 times the wraps are stained pink/red in the same areas.

God Damn there are some f*cking idiots on here!
