no one is underestimating floyd's overall competition. it was very good. it's just the case that pacquiao has the clear greater competition. you can hardly call anyone who pac should have fought at the time he was on a certain weight class. i can list at least 3 or 4 guys floyd should have fought in his entire career.

and you are stupid to think those who are voting for pacquiao are only filipinos. just look at the list and see that the ones voting for floyds are known floyd fans and those who votes for pacquiao are either his fans or neutral ones.

Fighters past their best beaten - Maywather - few
Fighters past their best beten - Pacquiao - loads

On paper - best resume - Pacquiao

    In reality - Mayweather

Its like when Khan beat Barrera, looks good on paper but when you actually watch the fight and see for yourself what Barrera brought, it was nothing like when he was at his best

Pacquiao - same as above paragraph

If you look on paper you would say Manny of course, but when you dig a little deeper........

Barrera - not at his peak
    Morales - LOST
JMM - Lost but got lucky decision
JMM - Lost but got lucky decision
    Morales - faded by then
    Diaz - B class fighter
    Oscar - weight drained
Hatton - Chin was eroded by then
    Clottey - B class fighter
    Cotto - damaged from Margarito
Mosley - faded well before Pac

    When you look at Floyd

Harnandez - in his prime - WBC
Vargas - in his prime - WBC
Corrlaes - never been put down, never stopped, both done by Floyd and in Corrales' prime
    Chavez - in his prime
Castillo - A class fighter in his prime, beaten with toen rotator cuff
Castillo - A class fighter in his prime, beaten even more convincingly
Ndou - undefeated, in his prime. Ko'd
Corley - another weight division, in his prime - down in 8th and 10th
Gatti - B class fighter, but yes he was faded
Mitchell - TKO's in 6 in hius prime
Judah - in his prime - A class fighter
De La Hoya - NOT weight drained like Pac had, at 154, strong, A class fighter
Hatton - undefeated, pretty much in his prime, good chin, Ko'd
Marquez - A class fighter but the wrong weight
Mosley - A class fighter but faded

FMJ has the best resume and it's not even close because Floyd fights people IN THERE PRIME!!!

PAC DOES NOT!!! No Freddie Roach fighter does

Amir Khan beat Barrera, do you all think he has a great resume because of it!!?? Barrera was faded, even though he's an A class fighter on paper look at how he was in the fight, way past his best. AND THAT CAN BE SAID FOR ALL PACQUIAO OPPONENTS

 This is so ridiculously biased! Look at the desc. for Pac's opponents, and what you did for Floyd. Not a shred of objectivity. :-(

your reasoning is quite ******ed. so you actually think that barrera that pacquiao fought was the same quality as the barrera that khan fought?

and you have put quite a spin on you're list that you must be dizzy yourself. you should have changed your handle name from hitman-fan to money mayweather-fan.

You might think you've typed out a great post, but you haven't. It's one of the worst I've ever seen, in fact. It's that bad. But congrats! ...and I wouldn't expect somebody like you to know who Chatchai Sasakul or Lehlohonolo Ledwaba are, but let me assure you, they were better than trash like Phillip N'dou or fighters such as Corley, Mitchell, Gatti, Baldomir, etc. or even a badly faded, 10 ****ing years past his best version of Mosley.
