Holding out, not taking this fight with Manny Pacquiao, and doing what he’s doing. I think Manny Pacquiao is boxing. Everything about him is positive and I love the guy.”..... Dana White

I know Dana hates Floyd but he's absolutely right. Floyd's the one holding back and the reason why the biggest fight in boxing ain't happening. In retrospect I think White is loving it if Floyd keep fighting cause he knows more and more boxing fans would get frustrated with paying huge PPV watching Floyd and end up disgusted with his style ('cept for 5 or 6 *****s here)... :deal

Your user name is NotanMMAfan but you tend to site Dana white for some reason or the other..

Floyd is not the problem with the sport the problem with the sport is management promoters and networks all three play a major factor in what fights do get made and which ones do not get made.

Floyd Mayweather vs Oscar De La Hoya

    2.4 million buys

    Floyd Mayweather vs Ricky Hatto

    900,000 Buys

    Broke Records in the UK

Floyd Mayweather vs Juan Manuel Marquez

    1.1 Million Buys

Floyd Mayweather vs Sugar Shane Mosley

    1.3 Million buys

So as you can clearly see, the fight watching public is not in anyway shape or Floyd tired of Floyd.

Find that hard to understand considering floyd is giving young lions like Ortiz and possibly Khan legit shots at his crown as the biggest ppv draw in the sport. This can only be good for the future of the sport.

Boxing is bigger than a floyd v pac fight. If that fight never happens boxing goes on. Only die hard nuthuggers will pretend that boxing dies if this fight never takes place.

At the weekend we will have a unified champion at 140, this should be the focus of our attention, not imaginary fights that should have happened two years ago.

So in your opinion Floyd is the ONLY reason this fight hasn't happened yet. You don't place any blame on anyone else. Well *******, HERE'S YOUR SIGN!

Floyd VS Oscar 2.4 million but 2.2 million paid to watch Oscar

Floyd VS Hatton 900K but 750 Thousand paid to watch Ricky

Floyd VS Marquez 1.1 million This I'd give it to Floyd. Maybe 600K paid to watch him fight curious because of his long retirement

Floyd VS Mosley 1.3 million where 1 million paid to watch Shane coming off a spectacular win against Margo.

Do you really think Floyd was able to generate this massive PPV buys cause people wanna watch him? :hi::hi::hi:

Drug testing & politics are the biggest problems in boxing today

Without big stars like FMJr & Manny the sport would be diminished
