    last time i checked, the uk was considered a country. plus joe was born in england. wouldn't that be his country as well? the brits claim bob fitzsimmons even though he moved away from the uk when he was 9 and never came back.

    I understand what your trying to say but when you are a welshman fighting the likes of woodhall, eubank, and reid in england then you need to understand how intense that can make home advantage for the english fighter.

    the uk is the union of 4 seperate countries - england, scotland, wales, northen ireland

    britain is the union of england, scotland, wales.

    england, scotland, northen ireland and wales are seperate countries and the people from these seperate countries generally hate each other and build up a big rivalry. the intensity in rivalry between these countries is ****ing huge.

    Calzaghe is not a top 10 Atg... However he is a Great fighter, I notice people like to **** on him but they must admit that he is one of the Greats to lace them up!

    He's not really my cup of tea, I love brawlers! I did enjoy when he made roy jones look like a fool.. he gave roy a dose of his own medicine!
