"Floyd is one of the big problems with Boxing...

    It was Mayweather's 1st fight at WW and a feel out fight to see how he adjusted to the weight.

    It's amazing how people try to change history to fit their argument. Nobody built up Mitchell as some kind of beast leading into that fight. It was all about whether or not Mayweather would look good at 147 pounds.

    That was it. Nobody built that fight up as a significant notch for Floyd, not even the Mayweather camp.

    Not saying you are lying, I'm saying you don't know what happened. These inaccurate opinions have been told so long, people like you have actually believed it. Mayweather never ducked Margarito or Cotto and the facts are there proving this.

    If this is such "common knowledge" like you say, it should be easy for you to provide a link to your source. It took me 5 seconds to get mine......

    :patsch What did I try to change? Next time, please look at what I replied to in order to get the full context of my post. Scar was trying to say Floyd had no reason to face Margarito based on his resume. That's why I asked that on Sharmba. And I am well aware why he took the mitchell fight.

    But it's funny, he took a fight with a career JrLW to see how good he'd look at WW. :lol:
