I may be in a minority, but I enjoyed watching a fight without endless graphics of punches thrown, punches landed, betting odds, unofficial scorecards and a procession of former boxers agreeing with each other.

I liked how they had two people all night both knew boxing and were there to just add to the fight. Perfect.

Very enjoyable work - thanks C5!

Could have done with a bit more post fight analysis but apart from that I was very happy.

When was the last fight as good as that shown live on a terrestrial platform?

Channel 5 did a great job & EVERYONE on ESB should show their appreciation & email them, I feel like starting a campaign.

Hennessy & Hard Knocks would be perfect for their budget if they get the viewers

good job, not the overkill we've seen with sky of late: 2 much money on pundits, not enough on making good fights on the same bill

Amen, I hate being bombarded with punch stats every round.

Jeremy Kyle was my immediate reaction. I was expecting a lie-detector test not a fight.

Totally agree with this. The more "basic" coverage is better than the Sky "razmatazz" bollocks IMO.

    Paul Smith...

Good seeing boxing on terrestrial TV but give me the professionalism and quality of Sky any day. If you want quality, hire professionals.

CH5 = No undercard, no highlights or even a clip. Bad coverage, poor commentary, bad presenters. SKY = 3-6 fights, knowledgeable staff. Pros

    :huh

For a verdict on the Johnny Nelson-Adam Smith love child? I'd **** myself if it turned out to be Glenn McCrorys.....

Nothing at all wrong with the commentary although I think Al was winging it a few times due to not having seen much of the fighters previous bouts.
