Speed kills and that was Mayweather's problem with a prime Judah in the early part of their fight.

Can you see Khan's Speed and workrate taking Mayweather completely out of his gameplan to counter? How can he time a very fast Khan?

Many said a Jab is what needed to beat Mayweather and Khan has a very nice one, with lightning speed, very good reach, Khan is tall and that can be an advantage...

I cannot see Khan KO'ing may but I can see him outworking him and maybe catching him to the body.

Possibly yes, but he needs time to settle in to the weight. Floyd at this point is really a jr middleweight, and very big at 147.

Lets not get ahead of ourselves ... I dont know if Khan is ready for Floyd yet but he definitely has the tools to give him problems.

One of the best things to come out of this fight was the fact that Khan wasn't overreaching as clumsily as he used to. There was some lateral movement too. He is learning. Gr8 effort !!

    Nah.

It was a good performance for the fighter and the level he is, but you need more than just speed and workrate to be a worthy opponent for Floyd. Give a him a few more fights and let him settle into 147, before talking about what possible problems he could cause Floyd.

floyd might take a few rounds to figure him out, but khan would get beaten . He's still too experienced at this point. I see a lot of holes in game still , he leaves his chin too exposed and his punches are wide. He needs to get a few more fights under his belt and tighten up his game a bit , b4 he tries to jump in their with Floyd.

You'd be stupid to say no at this point.

He'd beat the hell out of Hatton, Marquez and Mosley.

Yeah I am not saying he can beat him but IMO I can definitely see Khan's speed and Work rate cause major problems for Mayweather, I can see Khan taking him out of his gameplan...

But I can also see May actually catching Khan while coming in... I think it would be a good fight... But KHAN cannot make the mistake to rush into a WW fight he needs a tune up at the weight.

floyd wold change his stance and put his hands high and counter and if khan gets as wild as he did tonight mayweather will have a field day with counters.

He could cause a problem or two over the first three rounds, but to actually beat Mayweather, you have to be a special fighter. Khan's far from that.

Perhaps, but obviously this fight isn't an indicator of how a fight with Mayweather would go. For one, Mayweather can actually fight, Zab can't. Zab can only box. When he's force to fight, he shells up everytime. If you force Mayweather to fight, he has no problem fighting back & throwing punches. Mayweather will try to get his. Mayweather doesn't go into a shell. Dude can box & fight when he needs to.

not really. i think mayweather will fight him the same way he has fought all guys who r aggressive with him, he stand his ground and trade with them. like he did with mosley. his defense allows him to adapt to a fighters constant attacks

Would be a good fight for about 4 rounds and then floyd would settle into it and school him like he did against Mosley. Khans best hope would be to wait until floyd is shot.
