Zab Judah was a fellow titlist. In this case it was a unification, similar to Hearns/Duran when Tommy beat fellow titlist Roberto Duran. When two champs are fighting, there are no excuses or shouldn't be.
Bradley will not fight Khan, maybe in a couple of years when they're both at 147 he'll consider it but at the moment he's chasing the Mayweathers and Pacquiaos and is scared shitless of losing.
Duran v Hearns wasn't a unification. Duran was supposed to fight McCallum, but gave up his WBA belt in order to fight Hearns for more money. You right about Judah, though; no excuses. He's a shameful quitter.
It's a bad fight, a good name for Khan's resume but a bad fight, no doubt about it. Bradley needs to step up, or Guerrero if he beats Maidana.
[assuming he fights khan] Is Morales fighting someone else BEFORE he fights khan? can someone answer please
good.. i was getting abit pissed off when i assumed oldman erik would rematch what was a tough fight, erik needs to set himself up with some money fights lord knows the guy deserves it
I think Morales is a last resort if Bradley and Guerrero aren't available. But if they aren't, I'd much prefer Matthysse!
If Bradley or Guerrero aren't available, how about Alexander?... after all he's coming off a "victory" over Matthysse, and seeing Khan beat him up would be hilarious.
