when will we see mike perez matched among our domestic heavyweights?
i think it would be good to have him in the mix with fury, price etc

I favor Price too. Better technique, better balance, more power. The only thing Tyson really has over him is perhaps grit and sheer will to win. He has that over most guys. Even if Price has dodgy whiskers Tyson isn't a huge hitter.

i agree with that.Ithink Fury would knock Price out.i need to see more of Price but at the moment he reminds me of Enzo Mac,big for his weight, technically good does everything right but a K.O waiting to happen. For some reason i can see Price getting sparked.

I said it last night and I'll say it again. Fury is going to be very hard to beat because he has a very good chin.

A guy that size who can go 12 rounds and is very hard to KO is a tough night for any fighter.

Add to that he's a dog that doesn't lie down and I wouldn't be as confident as some about Price doing a number on him.

I also think Fury in the earlier rounds had more snap in his punches than I've seen from him before. His punch technique has improved and he gets more weight into the punches but unfortunately after a few rounds last night he slipped into arm punch mode.

Definitely doesn't have power but he can dog it out. Steve Collins used to do that.

I go for Price winning by KO he`s technically better than Fury has good foot movement for a heavyweight has a very solid jab and most important he reads his opponents well and then catches them with his right hand power which i dont think even Fury will be able to handle

well no, from a boxing point of view i think Price needs to fight Mcdermott to measure himself against fury then a fight against Chisora to build his profile up a bit and then have the fight happen.

Fury Meanwhile needs to take fights against Euro opposition against ( dare i say it ) Audley Harrisson just purely based on the height factor and maybe a fight against Albert Sosnowski. Nice easy opposition that will prepare him and then take a fight with Price.

I honestly these paths will Prepare both boxers for a good fight and also raise their profiles a bit more with the winner then challenging for the Euro title which is most likely to still be held by Alexander Dimitrenko and go on to fight The fringe world class fighters like Chambers/Arreola.

People do say that the heavyweight division is bad but the Klitschkos are just plain better than anyone at the moment and when people talk about guys like Chisora and Fury as challengers it makes me wonder why when you pair them against Arreola and Chambers, dont forget Fury is only 23 so another 2 years before going on to face this opposition is reasonable enough and to bring back excitement to the Heavyweight division, Fury-Price needs to wait til late next year

He also has a china chin which is a shame, because with his skillset if he had a decent beard i think he could go far.

I feel Price still needs to prove himself against better opposition and show that he can come through a hard fight like last the one at the weekend. Wouldn't back him to beat Chisora at the moment. Price was also at the fight on Saturday.
