The best De La Hoya takes a clear decision from the best Duran at 154.

*DLH probably stops Duran at 154 pounds... easy win for DLH.

I think people are overrating a past-it Cuevas and a green Moore. Cuevas never had a great chin and was clearly on the downside of his career, and Moore was always a punching bag who over-achieved by winning a title. Oscar was 4 inches taller than Duran and had the length to keep Duran at the end of his jab. Even if Roberto got inside, De la Hoya was pretty strong himself, so I don't think Duran could bully or intimidate him. I think Oscar would beat Duran at 154 very comfortably. At 147, it would be a much different story.

Im always amazed whenn i hear comments about Duran getting stopped in fantasy matches... ODLH might pull it out but no way in hell does he stop Duran...

Dont undestimate Durans chin, andslickness just becausee he was kod by Hearns.. He had an IRon chin,,theres quite a few guysthat would beat him at JM and MW but 99.999 % wouldnt ko him...

I picked ODLH to edge him at Junior middle,,,BUt no way in hell he stops him.,,, Even at 40 years old he walked thru thehuge IRan Barkleys bestshots,, never hurt by Hagler in 15 rounds....Only time hischin failed him was in the Hearns fight and when he was near 50 yrs old againstJoppy.
