I agree that he can't be in the Philippines and get legit testing.

    But it really doesn't matter.

    Pac is clean.

you know, for the money this fight should generate, no reason they cannot agree on some neutral country to send some lab techs to the respective countries

actually....i do see one issue here...if pac/arum want to play it

they could say they don't want to pay for the expense...or

they could say they agree, but floyd has to pay the fee out of his purse, not pac's....

that however would lead to arum then saying some **** like "I can't trust the testing because Floyd is paying for all of it...he could be buying results that favor him."

During the first negotiation, Pac and Floyd actually took a drug test ordered by NSAC. Floyd got tested here in the states while Pac's blood was sent to a nearby country to analyze Pac's blood.

If Floyd sr has problems with Pac getting his blood drawn in the PI then how come he didn't protest back then?

No matter how clean I believe Pac is.

He and his team agreed to testing and have argued over exactly how they want it.

Which has caused a big wtf Pac. 30 days to random every day is okay?

Yeah, Pac must train in the U.S. and have video surveillance on him at all times.

come on Rummy. He let a LOT of fans down. I don't get this, "he's one of the most athletic, physically gifted and 'talented' guys in boxing" monikers that he gets.

check out this shitty Judah T shirt that I bought for someone on ESB..even he was pretty pissed off.

Yes mate, I know what you're saying. I completely understand how real OSDT works (had to write a paper on it for uni, albeit several years ago) and that the testing proposed by Mayweather isn't ODST. However, on this forum OSDT has become synonymous with random testing, so to save confusion I just call it olympic testing.

My point was that in Olympic testing you have to be available for testing 24/7, wherever you are in the world. There is no problem with Pacquaio training in the Philipines so long as he is available for testing at all times. Surely they only have to use a WADA approved testing agency based in the Philipines? Failing that, it's not hard to have two testors based in the Philipines for 6 weeks.

Why can't he? What do you think happens to the Filipino Olympians? Do they have to go and train in America and get tested in order to compete? Do they ****.

I would say a 3rd world country is more likely to cheat than a 1st world.

Do they need to train in America? No.
