**** boy... Pacman is a Congressman now and not some wannabe thug.

    Floyd: You're next Pacman
Arum: We agree to full random drug test.

    What was Floyd's response?

That must be why third world countries dominate in the Olympics.

With the notable exception of Jamaica in sprinting.

What call? The WADA bull****...dude newsflash...nobody gives a **** who does the tests. It's sad that you were in everyone of those threads and still don't "get it". It's irrelevant who does the tests, the point was it's ****ing stupid to imply you don't want USADA but want WADA to conduct testing. Either way, I don't give a **** if they get "home tests" from Wal Greens and have you and I administer them, bottom line is PBF has directly addressed this issue multiple times in the last few weeks, the key word being DIRECTLY.

I think that's out of Floyd's hands. WADA will appoint who they want to conduct the testing. More than likely it will be USADA since the fight will take place in the US.

Most likely no coz during the first negotiation, NSAC ordered Floyd and Pacquiao to take a random drug test during the negotiation. Floyd was tested here in the states and Pac got his blood drawn in the philippines and his blood specimen, I believe was taken to Singapore. Both Floyd and Pac came out clean.

He cant respond to something he has no control over. Arum's doing a good job of fooling people. Arum said no USADA and that he wants WADA to conduct testing. Problem is WADA doesnt conduct test. WADA just appoints who will conduct the test. Floyd can't choose, he can only say he wants Olympic style testing. So he can't respond, he can only oblige by WADA's decision.

Somebody who dick ride Floyd would say FLoyd's a G for burning money but the problem here is that he is known to have financial issues. I mean, he was a top banker then YES he can burn a hundred dollar bill and use it to light his cuban cigar or like those guys in the middle east who drift their Rolls Royce and when it crashes, they just abandon it like it's a pinto. Those guys are rich. Floyd is not even half of those guys with tons of money.

NSAC orders are irrelevant because Floyd asked for Olympic style drug testing. WADA is the only one in control here. Who they appoint are the one's who are in control. NSAC are going to conduct there usual test in addition but as far as OSDT goes its up to WADA appointed agency.
