Lets say Floyd - Pacquaio never happens and Floyd retires with a win over Sergio. Will he rank higher ATG than Pacquaio?

the key would be if he fights Martinez without a catchweight it would be impressive. I am not sure it would overtake Manny.

It would be a huge victory to win the lineal Middleweight title and bring Floyd near the same vicinity as Pacquiao but definitely not above.

However as of now MArtinez is not an ATG and actually i don't even think he makes the HOF just yet. If he were to lose to Floyd he'd be even further away.

A win over the lineal middleweight champ would in my opinion see him ahead of pac.

At what weight? 154? No . Sergio is nothing special . As Philla said he's not even HOF, and no where close imo. He's a solid fighter who's got a significant size advantage, nothing more. Beating Oscar at 154 was a bigger accomplishment then beating Sergio at 154.
