I can't believe you have Hatton, Gatti, Cotto, Vargas and Pavlik but no Hopkins, Mayweather, Khan, Jones Jr., Morales, Barrera, Mosley and whoever else FAR more worthy that the names you picked.

I can imagine missing Khan and Hops. Khan's popularity in Britain has always been large but got much bigger since 2010. Hops although he's one of my all time fav's has never been that popular unfortunately. Mosley I missed due to the other guys I mentioned I felt more popular but you can make a case to have him in their for sure. As far as missing May, RJJ, Morales and Barrera, I just don't get that.

Hopkins is one of the best but definitely not one of the most popular. Not from 2000-2010 any way. I'm from S Jersey outside Philly and spend tons of time in Philly. But, Gatti fans outnumber Hopkins fans easily to this day. A whole state has Gatti's back. Mayweather could be listed if you think just being famous means ur popular. He is popular in a Lebron James type way. Khan has all this bandwagon fans now. After getting knocked out Khan had tons of haterz. Hatton is a icon in manchester, he may boxing matches seem like soccer games.

Its based on who has most fans thats its. Its not based on who is the best. The best is a whole different type of list.
